Short version: the only personal information we collect is your email address, and only if you choose to give it to us. We use it to send you the price alerts and updates you asked for, and nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
What we collect
- Your email address, only if you join the alerts waitlist. It is stored with our email provider (Resend) so we can contact you when alerts launch.
- Anonymous usage data, such as which pages are viewed, to understand what is useful. We do not build advertising profiles.
How we use it
Your email is used to send the price alerts and product updates you signed up for. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor it immediately. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell or share your email with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a few third parties to run the site: a hosting provider (Vercel), an email provider (Resend), and a privacy-conscious analytics tool. They process data only to provide their service to us.
Outbound links
When you click through to a retailer, you leave our site and their privacy policy applies. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which are disclosed, and which never change how we rank prices.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, and you can ask us to delete your email from our list by contacting us at hello@costperround.com.
